In the fall of 2007 Kaufman Mfg. Company will introduce a new line of fully flexible twin spindle machining centers aimed at addressing today’s requirement for lean machining processes. Available with a variety of work holding options, this high speed horizontal machining system will offer up to 5 axis machining, 2100 IPM rapid traverse, 350 mm working cube, and a proven ultra fast tool change design. The spindles will be capable of 12,000 RPM standard or 20,000 RPM optional and are a production proven design with many years of service in the field. Kaufman’s highly experienced application engineering staff will tailor the machine configuration to our customers specific needs in order to provide them with the optimum turn key solution
