This system featured an automatic/load unload system combining a bulk type hopper conveyor, vibratory feed chutes, Fanuc Robot, and vision system. The 8 station CNC Rotary Transfer System performed single point facing, rough and finish boring, OD hollow milling, OD single point turning, and broaching operations on this part. The machine was also designed for lights out operation.
