Gozio
Gozio Transfer Federico S.R.L. of Brescia, Italy has designed and built high quality rotary transfer machinery since 1959, and is considered one of the premier machine tool builders in Europe. Gozio specializes in trunnion style (horizontal axis) and vertical axis rotary transfer systems capable of up to 5- sided machining operations. In addition, Gozio offers a line of flexible machines suited for lower volume or short run part batches. The Billo and Futura lines offer rapid change over and superior design concepts to address today’s lean manufacturing requirements.
Horizontal Axis (Trunnion)
This eight station horizontal axis transfer machine with 12 machining units processes valve bodies, valve covers, elbows, tee’s, and several other parts from brass castings.
Vertical Axis
This Gozio Model GS 18-G3/G5-C-10 Vertical Axis Transfer Machine produced a family of Brass Water Meter Housings and similar parts.
Flexible Machinery
Gozio’s lineup of Billo Series Machining Centers offers the same patented two jaw self centering chuck with rotation about two axes as the Futura line, but in a more conventional machining center version.
