Gozio’s lineup of Billo Series Machining Centers offers the same patented two jaw self centering chuck with rotation about two axes as the Futura line, but in a more conventional machining center version. Available in two working cube sizes and two spindle configurations, the Billo line is designed to offer manufacturers of valves, pumps, pipe fittings, manifolds, or other products a flexible machine tool for lower volume machining. The machine can be provided as a single spindle horizontal machining center or as a two spindle opposed version which allows for simultaneous machining on two faces of the part. The arm type tool changer is fast and reliable and is provided with a 30 tool carousel which is mounted outside of the machining zone. The machine is controlled by a Fanuc CNC control, motors and drives.

Billo Video
The Futura Line of Flexible Transfer Machine Tools combines Machining Center Technology with the throughput of Transfer Machines. Available with either 2,3, or 4 working stations, the machine features patented self-centering chucks that provide two axes of rotation for machining of up to six sides of the part. The main rotary table and all other rotating functions are accurately and rigidly located by Hirth type couplings. The horizontal three axis modules are equipped with either ISO 40 taper or HSK 63 spindles with up to 48 tool magazines. The machine is supplied with a Fanuc CNC Control and motor package. The Futura line is ideally suited for parts or part families with volumes totaling 250,000 to 750.000 pieces per year.
