Our 80 year philosophy has been to provide unparalleled service & support to our customers. Kaufman’s team of highly skilled journeyman technicians are available to respond within 24 hours to any service related requirement.
Our service technicians are well versed in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC/ CNC technology. Backing their efforts, our electrical engineering staff is available for on site support or real time diagnostics from our engineering department. All Kaufman machine tools are connected to our electrical engineering department either through an Ethernet device or our Virtual Private Network.
